Notice to Residents regarding Contractors

Monday through Saturday 7 AM to 6 PM.

Most residents do not enjoy waking up to the sound of hammers, saws, or lawn mowers. This is especially true on Sundays, a day of rest and time to enjoy family.

The HOA policy is NO contractors working outside the home are permitted to begin work before 7 AM or continue after 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.

In NO instance will a contractor creating noise be allowed into Lake Jovita on any Sunday or the following holidays:

January 1st, Memorial day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, & December 25th.

 

Contractors working quietly inside the home with no outside activity are permitted.
