Common Grounds Committee
The Common Grounds Committee is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the common grounds within Lake Jovita. This includes the main entrance and boulevard, neighborhood entrances and the community park.
This Committee also reviews all homeowner applications for tree removal within Lake Jovita.

Trees
Trees play a very important role in the beauty and environmental ecosystem of Lake Jovita. They lend to the aesthetics of our community. Trees in LJ are protected by the HOA. The goal is to preserve all significant trees whenever possible.
Please review the article in the Covenants referencing trees before considering the removal, cutting, or trimming of any tree.
